Through a warm, down-to-earth and empathetic approach to therapy; we will collaboratively explore forces in conflict that function within different levels of awareness, understanding the influence of your past on present behaviors and relationships.

At times, it is essential for holistic treatment by integrating care through collaboration with medical professionals including mental health provider, naturopathic medicines, psychiatric medication prescriber, primary physicians, school counselors, substance abuse providers and other wellness practitioners to fully optimize our overall wellness and pursuit of wholehearted living.
